Very nice and friendly staff welcome us at our check-in. Room was clean and fresh. The location is pretty top notch if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you for a warm and absolutely amazing birthday sedona village lodge and staff.
After a minor setback on my part the owner was able to solve the problem and make our stay great! Just a quick word of advice book directly with the hotel not a third party.
Beautiful location and pretty good rooms & service at the front desk. The wifi however was pretty aweful and didn't work half the time. Other than that it was a nice and clean stay
The room was actually really nice however they do not have any desk service after hours. I had no ice or ice bucket to put ice in. The rooms are a little older but the bed was really comfortable.
For a two star hotel, this place is great! Small owned and operated. The room was nice, great views and location. Staff are great! Got the king suite w/ balcony. Heating/cooling ductless units in the living room and bedroom. My only complaint was the sink plumbing in the bathroom had a not-so-amazing smell coming from it but it was only in the bathroom sink, it didn't travel to the whole room. So we just washed our hands in the kitchen sink to avoid getting it re-wet and causing the stink to come back. Pipes might need a deep clean or could be a sewer line issue and not the hotels fault. But again, for a two star hotel it was a fantastic stay! Good price for the stay, even on a holiday weekend.
The room was very clean. Now I understand all the reviews saying how clean it was. The lady at the front was very welcoming to us. We started the trip well with her help. Thank you.
I have to say the customer service went above and beyond. My husband booked our room through Booking.com for our 25th wedding anniversary this past weekend. I called to see if they had a honeymoon suite by chance. They did not but Rosemary looked into our Suite and moved us to a corner Suite with a spectacular view. They coordinated well with a local florist, Sedona Flora, to surprise my husband with a gift basket waiting inside our room before we checked it. Thank Sedona Village for making our stay a special one. “Suite 16” was definitely that!
Family stay. Spacious room and it had a small functional kitchen area with sink and countertop. Room and bathroom were clean and updated. Adequate furniture kept. Front desk staff provided great service above and beyond. Location is superb right in the vortex area and good food options walkable. Open dining area had fantastic views of Bell Rock and Courthouse. Blissful view in the AM and night skies. Price was very reasonable for the season and room amenities. Will stay here again!
